What to do when picking up the car?

Check around the car if there is any damages (body, mirrors, wheels and its rims, and interior materials).
Take photos of the damages and send them back via WhatsApp.

What is the fuel policy and type?

Full to full: you pick up the car with full tank of fuel and you drop off the car with full tank of fuel.
Fuel type: Gasohol 91 or 95.
Station: PTT, PT, Bangchak, Shell, or Caltex.

How to drive in Thailand?

Speed: up to 60km/hour for city and up to 120/hour for highway.
Lane: left for slow speed, middle for medium speed, and right for fast speed or taking over the other cars.
Fasten seat belt all the time and turn the turning light every time you turn right or left.

What to do in case the policemen stop on the way?

Show your passport, IDP or driver's license.
Show the car documents if requested. If you are fined for any reason, there should be a receipt.

What to do in case of an accident?

Inform us by phone call or WhatsApp.
Take photos of the damages for our car and the opposite party's car, and send them back via WhatsApp.
Inform us the cause of the accident.
We will contact the insurance officer or policemen.
Wait for the arrival of the related officers. In some cases, you need to go to the nearest police stations.

Are pets and smoking allowed in the car?

There is a fine of 2,500THB for breaking our rule.

What if forgetting to turn off the light and the battery damaged?

You are required to pay for the battery renewal based on the real invoice.

Is the 2nd driver allowed?

The 2nd driver is allowed upon notified and approved by us in advance.
